Comparing to Christ

Today as it was in the days of Moses, no man can see God's face and live. The self, the original man, shrivels up and dies; the soul becomes stamped with His image.

Molding, My children, means cutting and chiseling.
It is not only My work but yours.

So on and up.  Forward.  Patience - Perseverance - Struggle.  Remember that I am beside you, your Captain and your Helper.  So tender, so patient, so strong.

Rom 12:2
Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.

I don't want to be a person who, instead of comparing myself to Christ, I compare myself to other people.  And over time I keep lowering the kind of people I compare myself to. But instead, compare to Christ.

My Lord and my God, we praise Thee, we bless Thee, we worship Thee.  Make us like Thee.
